I am a delivery driver and I showed up at 11:45 nobody would come to the receiving I phoned at 11:50 a.m. they said that they would come back nobody showed up I phoned three more times then I went inside and complained to AJ the store manager and he did absolutely nothing he told me from 12 noon to 1 p.m. and there's a sign outside saying this no receiving I went outside there is no sign very poor work etiquette

Fair prices for almost everything. Deli section is a bit higher in price. Best donuts around, made in store. Scrumptious. Sale prices appear on a significant variety of stock each week, with very competitive prices. Stock always fresh and well presented. Staff looks like they're having a good time, and are knowledgable of their store. Store gives out dated stock to those in need.

I had the deli prepare a Christmas dinner for my staff party at Herbers autobody. They went beyond the call of duty. Cooked it, carved the turkey added bacon to the turkey . It was delicious and very much appreciated. Well done co-op deli GP

Some products are quite expensive, especially compared to other grocery stores. This chain lacks competitive prices, and a wider selection. But the food in-store is nice, and the chicken I ordered was very, very tender. Incredibly cheap for only 6.50$, you get 3 pieces and a side of wedges with gravy. Worth the visit, especially if you want a quick snack after studying at the library or spending time downtown.

Very clean store. The produce was very fresh and neat. Full deli and bakery with eat in area. I love the marinated meats. They always cook up nice and juicy. Prices are competitive if you shop the sales and co-op gold brand. Co-op Gold is as competitive as any name brand.... I have never been disappointed in the quality. Staff was very friendly. Good selection of products overall for a one stop shop!

What a nightmare it is getting your mail here, the staff here dont understand Canada Posts policies and wont put the effort in to look them up, refusing service is easier. It took me three attempts, and I had to go in with a Canada Post represenative on speaker phone in order to claim a parcel, should be a simple task but not at Grande Prairie Co-Op!

If you want fresh veggies, shop on Thursday. That's when new produce is come in. Once I have been there on Wednesday and it was horrible. I shop here sometimes because its closest grocery store from where I live, but I strongly think they need to improve how to keep their produce fresh.....or at least throw out some rotten ones from stand. It took me quite long to find good one.

I shop here daily as it is on my wy home after work, I take the transit and it is right by the main stop and pick down town. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have an average selection of food, but they are working on carrying a better selection of prepaid dishes (uncooked) in the meat department. Prices are higher but this is because it is a cooperative store. You get dividends at Years end and funds go into a savings for when you retire at 65.

We try our best to support local. We are members in Dawson Creek. We brought in our reusable shopping bags, spent 490$.. Had to pack all our own groceries which included reaching across the wide counter for every piece. When I enquired at customer service if there was a policy in place when bringing your own bags that you did all the work yourself without any assistance... The answer was "no we don't" so why, I wonder did they offer no assistance (from either the fella standing at our bagging centef or from the cashier herself) ?

This is the single worst smelling store I have ever been in. I don't know what they're cooking in the area by the main door, but I wouldn't want to find out, it smells like they're using dirty oil to fry peanut butter and s**t.

Vicky and manager leah did not know how to rent out a rug doctor. It took really long and then when we brought it back Emily wouldn't give back the deposit as we were not told the machine needed to be thoroughly cleaned even though it was rented to us dirty. Their poor training costs us money.

Everything in store was great as usual! Clean and tidy. But, here is one concern, I watched a customer pick through bags of green grapes remove grapes from each bag and put them in her bag of grapes, said grapes went from a 2k to pretty close to a 4 k but sold by the 2 k bag price. Just a loss you don't need and during a pandemic we absolutely don't want someone rummaging through bags of produce with her bare hands. Thanks for listening a 10 uear customer.

Pretty appalling lack of concern for virus protocols. No visible cleaning, sanitizing, directional signage, distancing measures (other than tills), no one in masks. There is zero chance I'll ever go in again. You'd think they'd have a little more concern for their customers.

I was astonished at how high the prices are,especially the meat department. Some cuts of meat are double the price of other grocery stores. I assumed co-op would be competitive. Needless to say I walked out empty handed. I suggest the meat supervisor or manager take a stroll to IGA north GP with a focus on their meat prices. A big disappointment at this co-op.
