Row upon row of elegantly presented cupcakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. Any day will be made better with one of their pink lemondade cupcakes! Truly, there will be at least a few flavours you will not be able to live without once you try them. Sugar Mama's cupcakes are so good because they use real buttercream frosting atop moist, homemade cakes. You will have a hard time deciding on which ones are your favourites!

We ordered 6 cupcakes and 4 chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious, and the cookie dough cupcake had legit cookie dough inside of it. The banana chocolate chip cupcake had a banana chip on-top but I ate before I took the picture. The prices were very affordable. I believe the individual cupcakes were only $2.50, which is a very reasonable price. Coming from the GTA I have found similar quality cupcakes usually cost $3.50. They also had cakes, mini cheese cakes, and other treats. They have a myriad of flavours, some classic, and some more experimental. I highly recommend this bakery.

Same great sweets and plenty of selection! My favorites are the red velvet cupcakes, cherry cheesecake and the maple bacon donut. The staff were friendly and pleasant even when I changed my mind on what my order was.

I was impressed with the look of the donuts but extremely disappointed with the taste. All the donuts were the same and was dripping with oil. Ended up throwing out, not edible.

I can't over emphasize how beautiful these cupcakes are and how delicious they taste. They're so moist and tasty, and the icing is so smooth. Every cupcake is always decorated so beautifully and the flavours are so varied that everyone will find something they like. I also went for breakfast here before quarantine and the staff were so friendly (needless to say breakfast was delicious, I loved that I could pick a mug off the wall for my cup of tea). Such a lovely and hip change of pace for Belleville.

I've just moved to Belleville and wanted to get a German chocolate cake for my girlfriend (her favorite) I called the day before and picked it up that afternoon. I presented it to her the next day for her birthday and she was blown away. The cake looked beautiful and when we tasted it we were even more delighted. She said hands down the best German chocolate cake she's ever had, and she's picky lol. It was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. Nothing left over! Oh and I have to mention it was less cost than a less quality cake someone else picked up at Sobeys! Thank you Sugar Mama's for making this such an easy and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Super friendly staff, amazing cakes. I will be a regular customer!

Very disappointed! Order was wrong & the quality was definitely not Bakery quality. Reached out with my concerns, and was told "the order was placed last minute, what do you expect!" The order was placed 48 hours before, and I did address the timeline. Gluten free cupcakes were definitely undercooked & had to dispose of them, as the inside was raw! YOU DID NOT ADDRESS THAT MY GLUTEN FREE ORDER WAS DONE INCORRECTLY & THAT THEY WERE RAW & I HAD TO DISPOSE OF THE CUPCAKES AS THEY WERE NOT EDIABLE!

Sadly disappointed. I was excited to pick up some vegan cupcakes today for my Valentine. We have enjoyed them so much from this establishment in the past. I didn’t pay attention when they were being bagged up for purchase, I just paid the $42 for 12 cupcakes and brought them home. When I saw that the size had quite literally shrunk in half I was very disappointed. I called to share my experience with the owner and let her know how disappointed I was, she told me she would “pass it on” to the baker. How does this rectify things? Not good business practice in my opinion, I understand that vegan cupcakes may not be her most popular item, but customer satisfaction should be a priority. I will take my business elsewhere.

This bakeshop is both fabulous and delicious! The goodies always look super cute and taste amazing, I highly highly recommend!! (especially the cheesecakes and donuts, yum) The owners are also great with communication when needing to order some goodies.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the cakes that I recently received from this bakery. After over a week of contact via email and photos of what I wanted for my girls bday cakes the bakery and myself agreed on design and cost of $80.00 for both cakes which had to be paid upfront via EMT. When I picked up the cakes they were nothing like what was agreed upon. Not even the colouring was correct. I contacted the bakery with my concerns and was advised that they would send me back $20.00 but nothing more. I feel like we were scammed out of quality and could not even refuse the cakes as they had already been paid for a week before. I would not recommend ordering cakes from this bakery at all. Customer Service skills are lacking. If I would have made aware that they were not skilled enough to complete the simple design asked for I could have found another baker to do the job for me. I even have side by side pictures of what I asked for and what I got. So disappointing????

Used to be a great place before the new owners took over. The cupcake was too wet in the middle and dry on the outside. The frosting was crusty. Not sure why they don't use the old recipes that they paid for. The service was bad. Seemed like the cashier didn't even want to be there.

Definitely a difference from the old owners work. Cheesecake was dryer, biscuit was just ick, smore brownie was just visually unappealing from what I remember them being. Way too much icing. The apple fritter we recieved instead of the coconut cream was delicious. I'll give credit where it is due, and I'm not even mad about the different order. I'm assuming it was maybe sold out which is understandable. I may be back for the donut, maybe even the cupcakes. The kids enjoyed that.

I have tried the mini cheesecakes, deep dish butter tarts,apple fritters and brownies so far and have not been disappointed! Everything I have tried so far is delicious and I look forward to trying more menu items! The staff is always friendly and service is always excellent! I enjoy this bakery much more than the last bakery at this location. It’s 100% better and I will continue to give them my business. Every one needs to try Sugar Mamas! Treat yourself! First experience for me...biting into a donut and not wanting to take another bite. The rest of my treats were pretty good so I will give them that but the donut was so bad that I don’t think I would ever go back even for the other goodies. Bummer.
