As delicious as it is beautiful! Meleana is an artist. She puts love into each and every one of her creations and it’s clear for everyone to see. She is an absolute delight to work with from start to finish, answering all of your questions and even the ones you didn’t know you had! First time I ordered cake was for my son's 1st birthday party back in 2019. It was a beautiful custom cake and almost every single person asked me which bakery I ordered the cake from! Since 2019 every single occasion we got cake only from Tastebuds. Mel thank you again for creating such a wonderful cakes! I look forward to order for father's day now haha????

Amazing ! I came across her profile on IG. We’ve actually never met in person, that’s how trustworthy she is. She is so accommodating ! I always give her creative freedom for my orders and everything she turns out is incredible. The first picture I simply said “my mom likes nature & flowers”. We loved how it turned out! The flavours are unreal. I often order for a group of construction workers in Barrie - they LOVE IT and look forward to it every time I order! Her flavours are creative, they are delicious ! She’s kind and understanding, works well with your budget too! Don’t skip out on her savoury items. She is constantly adding new things to her menu. Highly recommended- I trust her with all my orders.

Extremely disappointed. Not worth the money spent. Ordered cupcakes for delivery for a friends birthday and what arrived was nothing like what we agreed on - a completely different design and style. Delivery was about 6 hours later than the time agreed upon. She did a design that she wanted to use to promote her holiday cupcake sale rather than doing what I asked her for. Slow response time, unreliable and unprofessional service. First and last time ordering from here.

Tastebuds seems to amaze me with each order they present to me. Creativity, quality, and delivery is what sets this team apart from the test. They were able to capture my image for each event I threw at them (wedding, birthdays, housewarmings, the list goes on..). Definitely a team I'll be doing business with again in the near future!

Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. Would not recommend Melena's baking. I got boxed cake and a defrosted cake (which she said was the reason for all the condensation. The colors as you can see were not what we agreed on. The cake that I had at the tasting which was delicious was not what I received at my baby shower. Personally not a good experience nor money well spent. I was looking forward to using her in the future for my many events but no longer feel this way. I felt embarrassed to say the least and quite saddened. I was very excited for my beautiful unicorn sweets table only to be let down. The donuts were undercooked and smaller than what I ordered, I had made requests for the cake pops to be firmer yet they were falling apart as my guest were eating them. I was very saddened by what I received and the fact that she showed up late to set up, my guest were already arriving and some were seated. Buyer be ware, I'm sure isn't everyone's experience, but it was mine

Don't be fooled by the website.Highly unprofessional & rude.She does not take her bookings seriously & makes promises she cannot keep. If customer service is important to you, this is not the bakery you should choose! Absolutely atrocious! (If there was an option to give zero stars,trust me it would have been reflected!)

TasteBuds Bakery is by far the best cakes I have ever had hands down. I started ordering cakes from them a little over a year now. Mel created my bridal shower, wedding anniversary and my husband's 25th birthday cake so far. Each time she made sure to go over the details with me, and always went above and beyond on the design and taste. She's such a wonderful person to work with. I cannot wait for another occasion or just another excuse to order some delicious treats/cakes. If you haven't tried them out yet, I highly recommend them.

The Harry Potter hot chocolate bombs arrived and the presentation was fantastic. From the outside of the box to the details on everything inside. That said, they didn't taste very good; sour and minty, so we couldn't finish them. It was fun, but for $55 I wouldn't order again. I had also sent two inquiries about my order and didn't receive a response to either of them.

Very professional, Quick response time, Creative! They are so dedicated to paying attention to the finer details and achieving customer satisfaction. In times when this is probably your livelihood; prompt responses, confirmation & invoices are key to any online "submit a form" business. Very disappointed in lack of response time ( took 10 business days/ 14 calendar days) to get a confirmation & invoice. Also the fact that I had to re -email to remind you about the invoice, so annoying.

I DO NOT recommend using this bakery for your precious occasions unless you want it totally ruined. They are very disappointing, have no sort of organization, cannot commit to scheduled times and have very poor customer service. There are very unqualified persons working here. My friend used this bakery and ordered a significant amount of deserts. On the argeed upon time and date we received nothing. Their excuse for this was they "thought" it was the following day. No effort was made to even compensate their mistake and left us having to scramble for deserts for my friends baby shower. This bakery is a joke! They were even paid everything up front. Still haven't received any refund for goods not delivered. Save yourself the trouble and headache. They are really a waste of time!

Used this bakery many times and it had always turned out wonderful, better than I imagined. The quality of the cakes and deserts are amazing as well as the taste. From pick up or delivery, never had an issue. I have sent many of my friends and family to her and they loved working with her. The customer service has been exceptional. :)

Yummy as fresh treats! My fav is their Cinnamon Buns - a must try! They have all sorts of options from pastries, cakes, cupcakes, healthy muffins and more! Check out their website for more info but definitely a go-to for great treats you won’t regret

We were extremely disappointed with this bakery. I was refereed to her by a friend and I like to support small businesses, but after being treated the way that I was treated and the the cake that I received for my money, I will never again go to this bakery and unfortunately I will have to rethink about supporting small businesses. She would not stand behind her product and would not offer any kind of a refund. I was total disgusted!
