Beware ... I placed an order with them, showed up on pick up day. They didn't do it. I understand human error however. I get themed cookies for my sons bday every year. They are a tradition. They know I come all the way from woodbridge and on top of it I had to go that day with my son in tow. But what's worse is how it was handled. Barely apology, zero remorse ... like zero, zero customer service. They just let me walk away. Left a very, very bad taste in my mouth. They didn't even offer a single cookie to make up for it. She told me they take 24 hrs to dry I can't do anythinggggg. If it were my business and I cared about my quality of service or my clients. I would've have made those cookies and delivered them to your door, the event wherever. They knew my sons birthday was the next day. They did absolutely not a thing to rectify the situation. I walked away so shocked at what had happened and honestly crying. It was really just a terrible experience all around. If you place an order just know, it may not be met, you may just not receive it and that's how they seem to run. Nor do they care
