I have a Hungarian & German background, although born in Ontario, and enjoyed quality recipes & dishes from both cultures throughout my entire life. It is always a deep pleasure to walk into this deli and smell the cured meats and homemade sausages, which floods my mind with beautiful memories of my grandparents and parents. I love everything about this well run store. I am a huge fan of their homemade sandwiches at lunch time and especially the cabbage rolls! Their irresistible desserts are heavenly, as is this one particular young polish girl, who serves customers behind the counter! Lol!

Fantastic store in Barrie for European and especially polish foods and related items. They have the Polish books and magazines along with the Easter egg coloring kits. Definitely worth visiting again and saves a trip to Toronto or Mississauga

The minute you step into the deli you are greeted with friendly smiles and it only gets better from there. A large selection of Fresh and tasty meats and cheeses, breads and pastries at reasonable prices. Fine European chocolates and items not found at your local grocery stores line the shelves. This deli has been around for years and it’s hard not to see why.

Visited here 3 times and everytime there wasn't any fresh bread or paczki. However if you want to buy fresh cakes, you'll need to order ahead of time. Very fresh and delicious.

Great store, they take a good care to make sure food is fresh. Great service. Magdalena Wisniewska for breads, paczki, delicious cakes they have fresh deliveries on Thursdays, however all those goodies are gone in a heart beat so if you are looking for those,best day would be Thursday.

Nothing can taste closer to home and many imported products are actually coming from home (imported) so this is a blessing for us to not having to travel to GTA and buy same or similar products many times at even higher price. Everyone must try the Romanian "Mititei" from the freezer on the left side as you get in, somewhere on the bottom right corner...Enjoy them with Babci mild or hot mustard and fresh Italian bread - and beer of course.
