I went to 4 country style locations today to try to get a lemon cranberry muffin for my wife for Valentine's day as it's her favorite. All 4 locations had less than 5 muffins on the shelf to pick from. Complete garbage selection of everything. All 4 locations had almost nothing to buy on the shelf. I don't even know how this store stays in business.

The lady working there is very friendly. Every morning I go in she always knows what I’m having and how to make my coffee. I like this place because it’s fast and the same price as Tim Hortons or McDonald’s coffee. HOWEVER I never have to wait 20 mins to get a coffee. I also enjoy putting my money into a small local business instead of Tim Horton or McDonalds. I will continue going to see her.

If you want a real donut, visit Country Style rather than the other donut shop. Country Style still makes their donuts in house. They're fresh, large and actually taste like something rather than the prepackaged, frozen and thawed things we're used to nowadays.

Good food and friendly, would've given a 5 star but they're been out of doughnuts many times I've been there and today there was a ton of tiny white flying bugs all over the plant in the corner and some in the other seating areas. It was so disgusting that we ate our food in the car.

We just had a great experience here. Super friendly staff (whenever I asked a question, three of them would eagerly answer at the same time!). It was end of day, so they tossed in a discount on the doughnuts, and yet they were still way tastier and fresher than anything you'd get from that big chain outfit that sells re-heated factory-made stuff. The manager/owner even tossed in an eclair on the house (yes, I got some on my shirt). I'm really digging Country Style lately. They've been around since forever, and there's another one I know of in Toronto that does an amazing job with the doughnuts too. Nice! Whenever I'm in the area I know a good place to stop in for some indulgence. Hey, I should try the coffee too, yeah? Whatever you're doing, Country Style, keep it up. Canadians are shopping around for a coffee chain to give our loyalty to since the current leader in the game sold out and took a nose-dive. The quality and service is what drives the loyalty. The other guys just handed you a huge opportunity!

I find country styles to be highly under rated. i find them to be far greater in quality and freshness then most other coffee shop alternatives. It is unfortunate that there are fewer and fewer around and their hours are inconvenient. I would frequent more if there were more around. I dont generaly drink iced coffees but theirs i find rathet refreshing. the donuts are always fresh and the filings plenty full. The bagle are freshly made everyday. If you haven't been or are just looking for a change in your breakfast routine, check them out.

I just went in to get a coffee and the lady was so ignorant i couldn't believe it. Asking who was next while i walked up to the counter. I tell her what i would like and she asks me 4 times. Finally just slaps my coffee down on the counter and walks away. Doesn't even let me try to pay. I had to wait for someone to walk up and let me pay. I will never return.

Have not been there in a long time so I thought I would get a coffee & donut. Previous owners always had wonderful donuts but not any more. I ordered an Apple fritter but of course they were out of them. I settled for a Boston cream and it was terrible. It looked great but it was at least a day old if not more. Dry as powder. My total came to $5.52 and the drive through cashier said it rounded up to & 5.60. I guess math was not her strong suit. I am sure this place delivers lots of customers to Tim’s. I will be one of them.

My son and I went for a drink and a donut. My son had a hot chocolate and I had a French vanilla. We both had a jelly filled donut. I prefer French vanilla from Tim Horton's but I Country Style is walking distance from my house. I expected the donut to be stale but I was pleasantly surprised.

Our regular stop on the way from north to south Ontario. Great subs and love the pina colada smoothie. Also clean bathroom. Been going for years. Recommended ????. We always get roast beef with cheese and mustard warmed up on white bread. SO GOOD. ????

Most locals will not choose this coffee shop due to our strong local branded Twiggs coffee shops or Tim Hortons which dominates our local market. If you prefer this flavour of coffee be sure to get one of their amazing marquis apple fritters. Owners and staff are very polite, friendly and hard working. There is a Mr. Sub also inside. They have local newspapers for those choosing to dine in.

Leaving for review for my coworker. She went to order sandwich for lunch. Debit systems for down did not inform customers that machines were not working. Ordered her lunch and waited around 15 minutes was told then that the machines were not working. Another customer waiting, generously offered to pay $100 cash for everyone who was waiting for their orders. The manager took the money and sent everyone else away.. the good deed from the customer went unnoticed. The customer service was absolutely disgusting.

You guys need to get your stuff together. First your drive thru machine is always broken but the sign says to speak up. Yeah better things to do then talk to no one while I’m hungry. Second you burned the breakfast-sandwich- bagels to 70% to the point where my wife threw them out twice! Shame on me for thinking it was a simple mistake the first time and not checking. I am giving them this rating because my boyfriend and i walked over to country style with our dog. it was starting to get hot and humid. i sent my boyfriend in to order our coffee and food, i was waiting outside with my dog and called my boyfriend to ask for a cup of free water for my dog. and my boyfriend came out with no water and he said they said " no , they can't do that" when i heard this i was very disappointed and angry at the fact they couldn't spare some water for my dog. not going there again.

If i could give 0 stars i would right now. So disappointed in country style today, i went through the drive thru this morning Jan 18th at approximately 9:30 am. Asked for my favourite sandwhich which happens to be a western, i thought i was getting my western wasnt told anythimg different until after we drive away and i go to eat. Well let me tell u we went back. On my sandwhich was mayo and lettuce which is never usually on a western. The lady working told me after letting me drive away thinking my order was right that they didnt have onion or red peppers. So im sorry for storming back in but next time let me know before hand that u dont have this and had to substitute i just would have not gotten the sandwhich. Do not ever try to just make a different sandwhich and not tell the paying customer? Who does that?! Would love to speech to management as i feel the situation was handled poorly.

Signed up for Country Style Rewards and received a free coffee. Well apparently their scanner wasn’t working so they basically assumed that we would pay for our free coffee. We have been going to this Country Style Peterborough location at Hwy #7 & Hwy for 25 years. Thankfully the new management has done a great job on the renovations, that were so long overdue. The staff are friendly, the quality of coffee and food is excellent. Met the new owner and he's very nice and is hands on. He cares about the customers. Definitely worth trying.

Understaffed! One lady is not enough for the morning rush. Food is hit or miss if you actually get what you order. I often get the Great Canadian BLT at Country Style. When you order it here sometimes you get only back bacon, sometimes you get only strip bacon. Today I asked for a cinnamon twist and I was told sorry they are all still frozen. Only 3 doughnuts in the cabinet at 730am ?!!!

Was greeted with just a 'hey' in drive thru so I waited for him to ask to take my order (never happened) so finally I had to say are you going to take my order? Got to window the guy and another girl just put my food down didn't speak a word to me and handed me debit machine I tapped card and they handed me food. Not even a have a good day sir or anything just silence. Will not be back. There is a tim hortons in both directions right up the road.

I usually drink Tim Hortons coffee because they seem to have a location every two blocks in the city of Barrie, but I will almost always stop at this Country Style of I'm out and about because I like the coffee more, and there's never a line. The drive through window also features complimentary dog treats for your pup!
