Employees on Sunday are surprisingly rude, unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful. There were two people working there and I was the only customer in line (it's February, so I can't imagine there's a huge demand for ice cream). Still, they clearly had no interest in bothering to be polite, let alone helpful. I've never walked out of a Baskin Robbins before today. Isn't ice cream supposed to be a fun experience? This is not nearly up to the standard of all the other Baskin Robbins locations I've visited. I will never go back and would not recommend that anyone else goes there, either.

Usually don’t like write bad things but… Bad experience with this location. 2 years in a row, ordered cakes for special occasions and both times my orders were not ready on time. Advice, if you need for example on Saturday, schedule your pick up Friday evening, just in case (of course if have where to store it). And when came to pick up yesterday, luckily they had almost same taste as we wanted right size in stock for sale. But when lady was writing msg on cake was not paying attention and wrote with mistake…. ????

It was so terrible and so disappointed that they can't event write the name properly for my son birthday cake. It look so terrible. I have to choose a plain cake and go home decorate it for my son.

Love baskin Robbins but this location portions are way too small for the price you’re paying. Plus now because of COVID-19 they don’t even let you taste samples. So add more to the scooper!!

Not a fun experience. Showed up at 9:30 (they close at 10) where they were already cleaning up and shutting machines down. We ordered and they were shoving us out at 9:40 and locking the door behind us. Did not enjoy this visit at all.

I don't know how we have some bad reviews about this location, but it's by far the best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Staff is always friendly, like ALWAYS!

Ok, what happened to this location. We Used to go there all the time but won't go back unless something changes. Very poor portions, went there tonight and received a loosely rolled single scoop of ice cream. Barely a single scoop for 4 dollars. Not good value for your dollar at all. 17 dollars for three cones one was a supposed double. I almost said to the server ," thanks for the sample now where is my real cone" Seriously, very sad to see.

Great flavour selection as always. For COVID precautions they have placed a large menu on their window with the description and picture of all the flavors available. They only allow 6 people in the store and that was fine. Staff were friendly. Picnic tables outside were very dirty but we wiped it down and sat and ate our ice cream.

Peanut Allergy. For those that have a peanut allergy please check your item before you serve it... I bought a cookie dough cake just recently and although I was assured by the staff that it was peanut free, as was the label on the cake, it was not. I found this out when I served a peice to my son who has an allergy to peanuts, as I was serving the next piece of cake I smelled the peanuts, I launched myself across the table to knock the spoon out of my sons hands before he took his first bite. He is 5 years old and he understands that if he eats peanuts it means a shot from his epi-pen and a trip to the hospital, needless to say he was rather upset. I took the cake back to BR within two hours of purchasing it, and although the staff member again assured me that it was a cookie dough cake and I insisted it wasnt, upon further inspection it was concluded the cake was labeled wrong and indeed it had peanuts in it. They replaced my cake which is what I expected however, this is more to warn readers whom have this life threatening allergy to not assume the label is correct. Always taste before serving.

Very much the same as a previous customer I showed up there 20 minutes before close and all the lights were shut down there was an employee in there and they refused to open the door when it says that you close at 10 it means 10 not 9:40 as a business owner myself I can attest that I would not be in business if I conducted myself in this manner

It's our go to ice cream place. Overall BR is a little pricey but we like the flavors and location so we keep coming back. Friendly staff, and clean place.

The freezers were not cold enough so the ice cream was super soft and melted too fast and the scooters were not good, the balls of icecream were not set on our cones properly and were very lopsided.

I'm extremely disappointed. I always go to Dairy Queen to buy birthday cakes but I thought I'd give Baskin Robins a try. I got there 10 minutes after opening time and the doors were locked. So I went in through the extreme pita door thinking that they just forgot to unlock the door. No lights were on in either building and the employee at extreme pita took 5 minutes to even come out from the back even though when you open the door it notifies you. When I asked him if baskin robins was open he said the worker wasn't there yet and that there were no cakes to be seen. So dissapointing! The owners of this location need new staff for sure. 0/5 for device if I could
