Customer service here was poor, especially compared to other options in town. Quite an unpleasant way to start the day with attitude from the cashier. Also food was not warmed up… cold inside and out. Perhaps the on button on the oven wasn’t selected or they were looking to rush us out? No one was behind us. Overall wouldn’t return

Quiet, cosy, young and fresh. This small coffee has a good selection of prepared sweets and sandwiches. The service was lacking enthusiasm.

Second cup is a great Canadian coffee chain. I can't go anywhere without my wife finding I to go and get a coffee from. Wonderful service at the Banff location. Had a new person from Sweden just starting there. Give her a big high five if you see her.

Great coffee, friendly staff. You can sit outdoors in the sun or indoors. They have a small selection of books and boardwalks as well as free WiFi.

A great gem of a coffee shop in the downtown village area of Banff. We ordered a chocolate strawberry frocho, which is like a frappuchino without any coffee. So delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day! They also have Wi-Fi which is a nice plus.

We had a a great experience here (3x over our week stay in Banff. Staff was friendly and accommodating to a milk allergy (we have to do coconut milk, only a few places do coffee with coconut milk).

Had breakfast here. Food is not made at the time of order rather it's packaged and its heated. Food tasted ok. Got a large cappuccino and it was still strong so that was a plus.

Had a short stop here during my walk through Banff. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Prices and assortment was ok. As a non Canadian I'm not familiar with the formula of this coffee bar but it seems not to far of other well known companies in this market. Nevertheless worth the visit.

We came across this little gem while using the laundry downstairs. “ Best hot chocolate in Canada!!” We liked it so much we came back for lunch the next day. If ever you are there look it up, you won’t be disappointed.
