Alright place. Being a trucker I like to get a breakfeast sandwich but they will not make then anymore if they run out. I was there 8am and they said they won't make any as they were making Pizzas. 8am? Really? They throw out all the other bake goods that they will over make but no breakfeast past 8am...Mornings I go to Smoky Lake Esso. Better in many way and are 24hr.

Regardless of what else they offer, these guys are taking advantage of people during a pandemic. They are selling KN95 masks in individually wrapped bags for 6 bucks each, or two for 10. If that seems like a good price to you, I've got a bridge you'd be interested in. That's called profiteering and it's bad business at best. Never mind that N95 masks are only useful for roughly 8 hours and very few people know how to doff them safely. Regardless, there are other stores with better hours within 20 minutes of here. Granted, the competition has no baked goods. But at least they aren't taking advantage of a pandemic to make an extra buck off of fear.

I make a point of stopping by this gem every chance I get. Bakery is by far the finest pastry you can get your hands on. Jerky and chip selection is excellent. Washrooms are well maintained, toilet seats are all comfortable and the toilet paper is triple ply.

Update; new management since june 2018. All the gas bar attendants are beig layed off. So gas station gonna be self serve now. Be carefull when buying pastry cashiers incompetent. I got ripped off 2 times . 1st time i got charged for 3 cheese sticks when inhad 2 in bag. Today i got charged for bacon cheese stick when i had regulaar cheese stick. I clearly said cheese sticks. Check your receipts.or this place will rip u off. Gas bar attendants are great. Cheaper gas usually in the area.

Gets a 1 star review because there is only one def pump that works. Trucks lined up 10 deep to use one lane because of this. This is Canada, put in some proper heaters so they work!!!

I make this a stop every time I head to Ft. McMurray or Lac la Biche.. Washrooms are always very clean. Food is usually hot (Bacon wrapped cheese-bread stuffed with pepperoni is to die for, but there are healthier options too). You can use Cardlock / Fleet / Credit / Debit / cash. The best Gas Station I've been to in Alberta yet.

First off, i had to choose between a toilet with period blood in it or a toilet full of non solid feces... No more full service is a bummer. This used to be a great place to stop in northern ab. Used to have a lot of bacon on the cheese wraps now theres half a piece on there-if youre lucky. Its obvious the management has not prioritized quality.

This place makes a fortune. And yet the showers are gross. Water smells like swamp water. Pumps are hardly ever maintained, card readers, squeegies etc. The story is pricey. I'll spend my money and get fuel elsewhere now...done.

Things have changed at the bakery. Always stopped in for cinnamon buns and they are not the same. Very little glaze on them and smaller than they were before the new owners. Heard from a few people they used to stop in just for them as we did, and now don't even bother. Service is friendly and good. Just not the bakery.

This place is not good anymore the last time i was here before it was different owners and it was good. Now there is no more full service, the baked goods are not made as good if there is anything there, the staff is slow, rude and they don't seem to know how to work the till. The parking lot is full of big holes to wreck your vehicle. This place has gone downhill and i do not recommend anyone to stop here and it is really bad for the truckers. Now that winter is here there is no one out there cleaning the snow away from the door in the morning and it is really icy to walk, they should have a worker there to clean by 5am when they open.

Great full service gas station with the option to pump your own. This store is just jaw dropping they are always up to par with the cleanliness of established and with the aroma of fresh baked goods from the bakery makes it hard to leave without some sort of goodie!. The quality of food from the bakery very good and I highly recommend the sticky bun warmed up. As of sales there is always some sort of sale for drinks which allows you to get 2 drink for under the price of $5 when your on the road.

I think ownership has changed. Store is now sparse and awkwardly laid out. And for the first time ever that I can remember, they had no ham and cheese buns! None of those baked goods they're known for. Not one. That whole part of the store looked like it had been shut down.

Peppers is my favourite place to stop along my commute the FULL SERVICE gas bar only begins to set it apart from all the other highway stops always spotless washrooms and in house baked goods from pizzas to danishes and donuts it also boasts a great selection of snacks and drinks as well they offer free air for your tires
