I would highly recommend Mitchell, hands down. He has helped me out for the last 20 years and I would not have it any other way. Mind you, I haven't needed him consistently for the last 20 years but sure enough, I'll get a speeding, failure to stop or handheld and he's always made sure I was looked after. When Mitchell tells you "not to worry", you don't. He always kept all lines of communication open and there were never any dumb questions from me, as I would tend to expect the worst. He's represented numerous friends, as well as family and the outcomes have always been in our favor. Mitchell doesn't treat you as a client, he treats you like family and will do everything in his power to ensure that his "family is looked after". He has always appeared in court for me with the exception of one time when he had to be our of town for an arraignment but he let me know well in advance and we had the case adjourned until Mitchell was able to attend. Again, I highly recommend Mitchell for anything that you may require a (criminal) lawyer for.

Very nice people however the experience with this firm was very unprofessional. I presented Mitch my case early 2018 to see if there was anything he could do to assist me - he barely looked it over however they wanted to "TRY" - basically wanted my money and go from there. Over the course of a year, I was available anytime to "meet" however they always wanted payment. They had no strategy the whole time nor communicated dates/times of anything so I could not assist myself. While I was in Scarborough at the firm, I was asked to drive back and forth to the staples near by to print my own items or copies for him with my own money when they clearly had their own printer there. This was on top of the $10,000 plus tax that I paid them, with no delays. They never called me after any trial, no updates, barely any communication once they had my money. The lawyer also changes 3 times, I paid Mitch thinking this was my lawyer, received Jona, then that was changed to a new person named Daniel. I mean, Daniel did his best but he was just out of school, nothing against him he was just non-experienced. I would not use this lawyers office ever again for any legal issues.

He made all these promises and he had all the information on the case ahead of time and he didnt even try to fight the case at all. Lazy scam artist. Do not trust this man he is all about the money. Sat back and collected my legal aid for almost 4 years and at trial started asking me who is who and what’s going on. Didn’t even study my case but collect his $100000 plus for his work. As a young man I knew no better on how to deal with the system I was only 19 at the time. Ended up getting the book thrown at me when I should have walked. I repeat do not trust this man. P.S. you did accept legal aid.
