Another role I could attribute to my lawyer is Trial Duties. Throughout the trial, he demonstrated evidence he had collected in wonderful way. His immaculate language and clever twist of words really pulled the jury towards my side. He also offered strong legal defenses. I really appreciate his efforts. It is not an easy thing to win a case especially one like mine. Another way I would appreciate the efforts of my lawyer would be to advertise his work to my friends and my connections. By doing this, he could have an enhanced client base. The more clients he has, more growth for his firm. Due to this, I will feel happy and it will be a way to say thanks in a big way to his efforts and role in making me a free man by saving my family and myself. There was a unique chance to be defended by Mr. Pyzer: with his expertise i was able to go over the most ridiculous moment in my life; There were three allegations under the Indecent Act; yesterday, I had the trial and Mr. Pyzer made the witnesses to change their testimonials due to the fact one by one their allegations were not supported by any real proven facts. Mr. Pyzer was asking particular questions where witnesses became angry, shaking in terms of answers showing hesitation and the tendency of laying. In the end Mr. Pyzer was asking for confruntation with the reprezentative of the Crown who requested dismissal of all charges as per a poor evidence. The judge sentenced dismissal of all charges. What I am trying to emphase is that Mr. Pyzer was beside me all this time and he considers that we have a strong case as defendants. There were moments when I was losing my temper but Mr.Pyzer simply brought me back. There is nothing magic but I think it is what it takes to be involved with a hight professionalism and talent. I recommend Mr.Pyzer as the best lawyer in criminal law I had the opportunity to meet with. As my trial just ended yesterday I feel borne for a second time. I could have ended up in jail up to 5 years. Thank you Mr. Pyzer and I will always remember you as the best thing that happened to me in my entire life.

***NOTE: This is long, but worths reading every bit*** Today is the day (The happiest day of my life) I have long hoped for - since 20months I was charged with 3 chronic criminal offenses, and today, I'm completely free of all the charges. Thank God I abandoned my legal aid duty council right on time and went for an all round and more professional Mr Pyzer of the Pyzer Criminal Lawyers Toronto. With all sincerity, I did a thorough search for an experienced and professional lawyer, checked both google and lawyerratingz reviews, I put calls to every Toronto lawyers I found but I was more convinced by Mr Pyzer's articulation and his reviews I found, in fact, some of the research I did was that I privately searched for and contacted some of those that gave these google reviews and was convinced by their testimonies about Mr Pyzer, hence, I settled with him. If found guilty, these charges WOULD have led to my deportation being a permanent resident, I would not be able to enter the US and my prospective job would have been jeopardized. As par his fee, I found it was on the average level when I compared his to all the bills I received from every other Toronto lawyer I contacted, he made payment very flexible for me and paid it all over a set period of time. Plus, this court case was not in Toronto, it was out of city but he still took it up and won today. His first approach to winning my case was, he fought the 3 charges down to 2, then brought down the severity from indictment to summary (what a relief?). He fought the 2 remaining charges till this day, and was very impressed having to see him display his high level of profession at trial. I'm glad to announce that today, I'm free. Mr Pyzer took my case as if it was his and as if he knew me since 15years ago, as if I'm his son. He had sleepless night on my case digging deep and deeper, was always updating me on every possible second that passed. He was highly prepared for this matter and knew the nook and cranny of it. He called me at every possible second. Beat my case once but honestly i believe it was due to no one showing up to trial but that's not the issue. i could never get a hold of him and when i complained that i wanted another lawyer because i could never get a hold of him (and to be honest its not hard leaving messages with your secretary) he then got pissed off and quit! Telling me he doesn't have all day to answer my calls. i never asked you for that all you had to do was leave a message with your secretary that's why you have one no one wants to be waiting in jail not knowing whats going on feeling forgotten, lost in the system but of course you wouldn't care i don't make you enough money since i am on legal aid. You should have taken the constructive criticism to better build your business communications. He left me hanging in jail as punishment for pissing him off even did this out of spite knowing it is super hard to find a good lawyer in jail and it didn't help i was on legal aid. Use at your own risk you been warned.

When alcohol led to an unfortunate altercation with a family member, I experienced the legal system for the first time. Despite absolutely no previous legal troubles and the family member involved attempting to drop the charges, the crown unjustly wanted me to accept an assault charge. Mr. Pyzer fought through the assault charge and a peace bond, which was the crown's second offer, to attain the fair and logical outcome, a stay of the charges. Mr. Pyzer responded promptly when I had any questions or concerns. The whole situation was terrifying for me, but right from my very first meeting with Mr. Pyzer I began to feel more calm, and things started to fall into place. Five stars all the way!!!
