Had to get some name change applications notarized in short notice. Called and left a message, reply was within 10 mins. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and accommodating. Location is easy to find and parking is available. Appointment was set. Arrived at scheduled time, there was a person finishing up so I waited a short time in the hall. Once I entered into my appointment the two gentlemen there were masked, had all precautions in place and were very personable. it was nice to have some light talk while dealing with everything today. Papers were notarized, price was very fair, atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I will be using them for any future services needed. Thanks guys! Happy Holidays!

Victor, helped me realized that I was missing a few more documents to sign for the bank. I assured him this was the only form I had. He said in his experience there is usually 3 areas to sign. My document only had one area. A quick Google search confirmed what he was saying and this saved me time and money, not to mention how frustrating it would be to have to wait longer on the bank to process the document since I would be missing some of the information. Never confirm an appointment if you can’t make it. - First of all, I didn’t ‘forced’ you to go with the 04 PM appointment. Nobody did. As what you have said ‘It’s either you come now (02:00 PM) or later at 04 PM..’ And if you’re not ok with the time or cannot make it on time, just lemme know thru call or text. Also, don’t be ‘I’ll be there in less 10 minutes’ and gonna show up 17 minutes late. Bottom line, when you said it.. mean it. 04 PM? 04 PM! Less than 10 minutes? Less than 10 minutes! Firm! Also, easy with you words. You know your mouth mirrors your heart. Thank you.

I chose this location becuse it had good subway acess and the guy seemed helpful at first. We booked an appointment and when we got there the doors were locked. After waiting a while we called the number and got in touch with him he said he was grabbing lunch and would be back soon. Once he arrived he started off by asking us for our ID's. My elderly mother was there and she does not drive I asked if a health card was acceptable. He said that was not acceptable. My mom started searching through her documents and I asked him what an acceptable ID would be. He repeated "an ID". My mom was starting to get flustered and so after a few moments I asked again if he could provide some examples of what would be an acceptable ID would be. At this point he screamed at me " An ID I said and ID I don't know what you have. You keep me asking the same question" He then started yelling at me about me being angry that he was late ( I hadn't said a word to him in regards to this matter). He said he wanted to do a later appointment but accomodated us because one of us had to go to work. I did not force him to take the appt. He had 2 our ID's and threw them at me saying if I didn't like it I could leave. He was also very irate that we came on new years day. I should note here that he owns the business, according to his hours he was open I booked the appt days before and he had another appt right after that at 2:00 which he was 30 minutes late for because of his being late and his temper tantrum. The only reason we stayed was due to the fact that this was a time sensitive matter and it was challenge to get 3 people together due to our own schedules. Needless to say I would never use him again! Oh and in the end the health card that he said was not acceptable is what he ended up using. Adendum - Victor replied to this review and as you can see he clearly lacks class.
