I went to do a notary of a document for MTO. Terrible service. Such an unwelcoming space. There are papers sprawled everywhere over the floor in the reception, along the halls and in the office, the two girls at the reception didn't even acknowledge or even greet me when I entered, I had to initiate conversation. Walked into the office of Mr. Kudrac who did not even introduce himself. I explained to him my situation, that I had all the paperwork already done and asked him if he could print the form If i were to email it to him in case I had left it in my other vehicle. He asked me why would I even come to see him and waste his time without the papers in a very rude and stupid tone. I was instantly disgusted and walked out. I guess my business wasn't worth the 5 cents of ink it would have cost to print a page. All I can say is this place really should invest in some filling cabinets before one of their clients slips and falls over all those stacks of paper. They should also invest in some customer service skills for their staff. I wouldn't even waste your time here. I drove another 5 minutes to dufferin and there were 4 or 5 alternatives more than willing to help me for the same price.
