We did the paperwork ourselves and got approved for an open work permit. Unfortunately they sent it to the wrong address and did not send out a replacement. I worked with them for my Canadian work permit application. Their attention to detail was exceptional and they explained and guided me through every step of the process, which with my timeline and the Covid situation was not easy. Although they are a Canadian firm, Daniel's mastery of US immigration was higher than a lot of US immigration lawyers, which helped in my case. I basically never had to explain anything to them regarding my case. Rabeea, had an excellent attention to detail, answered all my questions, and had a perfect system of collecting documents and submitting them which was clear to me what is happening at each point and removed any room for mistake. She also prepped me for border crossing which was a nice touch and in my case (i.e. crossing on land, with border closed to the public, ..) felt very important.
