I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At 2000 miles while driving I lost power steering. Took it back to dealer, they fixed it and away I went. Soon it happened again, and again and again for a total of six times. Several calls to Chrysler with no help other than its fixed...if it happens again let us know. Imagine, finally deciding to get the vehicle you have always wanted only for it to break down "forever" just under 5 months later. Our vehicle was waiting for a part for over 4 months, it was pretty much dead at the dealership for that same length of time.This nightmare was made a hell of alot easier to take with the assistance of David and Laura and everyone that walked us through the process of the manufacturer repurchasing our vehicle. I had leased a 2016 GMC Canyon in January of 2016. By September the truck was having every problem imaginable. After getting the run-around from both the dealership and GM customer service I finally decided to call 1-800-MY-LEMON. I told them my situation and they expressed how sorry they were and let me know that this is something they'd be able to help out with. Within a day or two I was in contact with a lemon law representative who made the paperwork so ridiculously easy and pain-free. They let me know what to expect in the process even though it wasn't the best news since it was going to most likely take a while to either go to court or get a settlement they were still very transparent and honest. After about 9 months of back and forth with GM they were able to get me a settlement and actually expedite the payment since I was going to be getting married and going on a honeymoon. Throughout the whole experience they were always available to answer my calls or emails even on weekends or nights. I had a Shelby F-150 that came with a bad supercharger. After four service visits, the motor exploded. I have a current case pending with the attorney general and in my hopes to expedite a resolution I contacted this law firm after reading their website. As it turns there are mileage limitations and year make and model limitation. I was informed from a very curt secretary that they only take cases involving 2011 model year and newer. I asked about the Magnuson Moss Warranty act, because there website says , "no mileage limitation" and thatthis act helps vehicles that ddon't fall under state lemon laws, however this proved to be not true as the statute of limitations only goes back 4years according to their secretary. I'm not writing this to discourage anyone but I am writing because their advertisement is almost as false fluff filled as the car companies they prosecute. Very unsatisfied

I can not say enough about this team! I bought a brand new car that was having issues within the first week of use with the Apple CarPlay system. The radio/Nav would constantly freeze up. After five times to the dealership (which dealership was fantastic) for repairs, I got frustrated after being lost in the middle of downtown Pittsburgh because once again the Navigation was frozen, I pulled off the road in complete frustration and remember the last commercial I heard on the radio before it froze and it was "1-800-my lemon" , so mad as heck I dialed the number and it ended up being the best call I could have made. This law firm is first rate! They’ve help me get compensation for TWO lemon vehicles I’ve had since 2011. My first was a Ford Explorer that had a My Ford touch system that didn’t ever work. I had it into service at the dealer 24 times without the system ever working. Ultimately, David Gorberg & Associates help me get compensation for what was essentially a useless on board voice activated system. Recently, I purchased a Honda passport that has a malfunctioning onboard voice system and some particular defect with the control bus that causes an explosive sound while I’m driving. Rather than trying to get it repaired 20 times, I immediately called David and got prompt help from his firm. These claims are very difficult to get a car returned on, however, they got me some financial compensation to at least make it tolerable until I trade the car in.

I am 71 years old and I have some experience with attorneys. All of them, very rarely if you left a message, would they get back to you in a timely manner. David always got back to me within 20-30 minutes of my leaving a message. . I purchased a 2016 Buick Cascada in September of 2017 with 1500 miles on it. In December, I could not get my car out of park. The dealership had no idea what was really wrong with my car. David and his staff represented us in a breach of warranty claim for our 2015 Ram EcoDiesel. This vehicle was pretty reliable for the first four years but dramatically changed after an emissions reprogramming which was part of a class action suit. After the reprogramming the vehicle was "out of service" a number of times and then had a complete engine failure with only 49,000 miles of use. The engine was replaced under warranty, but the installing dealer did not complete the work in a professional manner. This dealer subsequently asserted that we had bad fuel in the vehicle that ruined the fuel system of the new engine. FCA refused to do further warranty work unless we agreed to pay $8,000 to $10,000 for a new fuel system. We contacted David's firm and they explained how PA's lemon law was not available but "breach of warranty" might offer some relief. David arranged to have his expert witness inspect our truck and he was able to quickly find that the installation mechanic had failed to make a proper connection for the crankshaft position sensor. Our local FCA dealer agreed to take the truck in for repair and easily confirmed and fixed the problem under warranty. David continued to pursue our case and we recently accepted a cash settlement that will allow us to trade in the problematic truck and move on. Without David's representation we 1. may have never had a functioning trade vehicle with value and 2. would not have recovered the settlement money from FCA.....basically we would have been screwed. I can highly recommend David and his staff. Very good people.

They said they’ve experienced other cars(same model) having the same issues and knew that the issues would persist. The reason I didn’t give them a full 5 stars was because the length of the case. It was about 12 months I’m not sure why, but I got rid of my car around month 10 when my court date was pushed back twice. I also stopped taking it to the dealer after 55 days sitting in the dealership on a car less than a year old, at the point I stopped it was because I hadn’t heard any new update and it was more stress to bring my car to a dealership because they were all an hour away from my house. Dispute this all, they were able to get me the max amount. I recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their car and think it may be a lemon!

My wife and I leased a brand new truck in late October 2019 and by late November 2019 it had broken down forcing us to have it towed back to the dealership. By December 2019, we were told the transmission had to be replaced and did not have the vehicle returned to us until late January 2020; nearly two months it sat in the shop. My husband had purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra. After only 7000 miles the engine had a piston and ring problem.
