Would highly recommend Ticket Defenders Woodstock to anyone in need of legal assistance with a traffic ticket of any severity. Very professional and friendly environment. Will work tirelessly to ensure you're taken after. And in my case a fairly severe ticket was dropped 100%. I can't thank them enough. If I ever need anyone again (which I hopefully won't) I will be taking my money back to them. 5 stars.

I hope you never have to use a service like this but if you ever do, I highly recommend the team at Ticket Defenders. I was incorrectly pulled over for an offence that came with a high fine and points and so I was understandably nervous about the potential effect on my insurance and bank account. Ticket Defenders responded quickly to my initial inquiry and then got on the phone with me and walked me through the charge, potential outcomes (realistically) and potential avenues of defence. Everytime they said they were going to do something, they did it, which is what you really want in a service like this. They managed to move some things around, relieving and delaying a bit of the burden. They also communicated clearly, with confidence and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. On the day of our court date, a member of their team arrived prepared and had the case dismissed. Even if we had lost, I would still have been impressed with their service and process. Highly recommend and would use again, I just hope I never have to!

20201006 Rating upgrade from 1 to 2. At least Ticket Defenders attempted to contact me-however they didn't leave a message on my voice mail as instructed to for important matters that require future attention. IMO not impressed. And thats after much thought about everything about the incident and aftermath process. I will be glad when Tesla has FSD implemented and it can handle human error and dangerous conditions. I will never drive on that intersection again. It is poorly implemented and can't be crossed safely if others are driving far in excess of the speed limit. If I had a Tesla with FSD (can't wait till Elon gets it implemented) then it would have given me ample protection/and or proof in case of an accident. I had been on that intersection several thousand times and I do believe I would cross that intersection again in the same proper manner I did that day- and would not have changed a thing. The one thing I will change is never driving that intersection again. That intersection is poorly implemented and hazardous. I fought and failed-that makes me a winner anyway. To not fight for justice-is to fail (Legal doesn't always mean correct). Can't win em but if I did- would that make life fun and interesting? I did get a nice car out of it-and nobody had permanent injuries. Health is most important. I have an upcoming Court Date in March for a ticket to defend. This will be the first time I challenged a ticket in court. So far the Service from Ticket Defenders has been excellent. I will update my review upon completion of this chain of events.

In 2016 I was charged with Improper signal to stop, when my car was rear ended. I felt the charge was unfair because I believe that everybody should have care and control of their cars at all times.
