It appears they are not interested in just anyone. I searched out this company by reading the rave reviews as my husband was in an accident, he was T-boned in an intersection as the young driver went through a very stagnant red light. He called a week ago today and left a message and has yet to hear from anyone. -5 for customer service. Since writing my review Steve contacted me to apologize. I have to say he is a stand up guy and was very upset this happened as he strives to help everyone. He gave us great information that will help us and based on his passion for helping people I highly recommend Steve.
