Came in to get a document notarized. The process was rushed because he had other clients waiting outside. I had 3 papers. Once I got home I was surprised to see only 2 papers in the brown sleeve he gave me. I called the office and they told me they did not have the other paper and would call me back if they did.
Minutes later I receive a call, Rajesh Ahuja tells me I can print the page off the internet. (I am doubtful of this, It has a unique order # for me in the top right corner.). Just one minute into the phone call he spontaneously says "I found it in the scanner." His assistant said they only scanned 2 papers to begin with, and never scanned the missing third paper. However, there sat the third paper in the scanner. Not to mention other clients came inside and surely they had to use the scanner for their documents once I had left.
Based on their demeanor when I came to pick up the paper it made me feel like they knew it was their all along and did not want to take responsibility for it going missing. Fair enough, no one wants to admit fault to these kind of things, but had they did I would not be writing this review... They did not seem genuinely sorry and the female assistant had a smile on her face the whole time as I questioned as to how it could have been forgotten like that. When I asked Rajesh if he was "sure" that he just magically found it in the scanner one minute into our phone call he said "maybe." I just wish they were transparent and honest about this whole ordeal. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth and I surely will not return to this notary for any future assistance. I would advise the public to look into more professional services where oversight errors and unprofessional etiquette towards paying customers are not abundant. Left feeling disrespected and lied to.
