We met Tim through a referral, and he gladly took on a difficult civil suit (that other lawyers were not interested in) regarding a home renovation that in hindsight… had low probability of success as we were dealing with a defendant ready to flee the country. The fight was tough and ended up dragged out for period of 6 years as delay tactics were thrown in front of us that Tim elegantly dodged. As were we inexperienced with legal processes we could have ended up in deep trouble, both mentally and financially. Tim gave us sound advice to navigate through the tough waters and obstacles, not only did we win, but we ended up with a trusted friend as it is obvious that he operates with an extremely high level of integrity and always puts his clients best interest over his personal profit. I often reflect on how badly our case would have ended up had we chosen another lawyer.

Tim and Kelly are simply amazing. I would recommend them strongly for your own legal requirements. They have helped me with two settlements. One of which that took ICBC a very long time to get organized on, but as my representation Tim never waivered. They both guided me through the whole process: Dealing with my symptoms and issues as they came up. They helped me find great options to deal with my concussion as well. They helped negotiate both settlements, one of which was complex due to a third party Insurer being involved. I can't imagine having to go through the process without them.

I don't recommend to anyone, family lawyer Alexandra Booth that works in this office. She was supposed to help me and guide me through the separation and child visiting hours. She charged me over $1700.00 just for print copies some of my emails I have sent to her and she already had. Thursday at around 12 pm she phoned me and said she will no longer represent me nor she wishes to be my lawyer and I have court on Monday in regards to spousal support. I had one day to find a new lawyer who will handle my case. Don't waist your time and money on someone that is not capable of doing their job at all. For $340 + tax I didn't even get a legal advise from her, she made mistakes on my court documents ( she even wrote my address for service wrong) I'm sure you can find a lawyer who will defend your rights. Alexandra is there to go in court only to agree with the opposing counsel. You’re setting yourself up for a great loss if you hire Alexandra Booth to represent your case in the Court House.
