Gave us information we could have found online. Never called us when he said he would. Rarely replied to emails. Dropped us as clients the day before court and we had to phone him to find this out. Eager to take your money and do nothing for you... ????

Do not use this lawyer! At first I was impressed with Kelly because he called me and spent 30min on the phone getting details of my case when it seems like every other lawyer charges for that. He asked me to gather some documents for my case and then met me at a local coffee shop to collect them. He said he would review them and get back to me with a strategy. He never did. For 2 weeks I called and emailed, and he didn't reply. Finally I got a hold of him by blocking my number before calling him, even then he hedged and said he hadn't been avoiding me... and wouldn't' be clear on when I could get my documents back. I finally recovered them, but wasted A LOT of time waiting... Bottom line: he broke my trust, didn't do what he said he would do, and had no accountability for his wrong doings. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Do not use this lawyer! He basically took our retainer and used it all up and basically did nothing. He never really returned emails or calls and bailed on my wife and I one day before going to court when WE called him. Not even sure if he is a real lawyer and never met him in person even though we requested to meet him in person and he said he would call us back. Big surprise, he didn't call. This is thievery!

Where do I start, Kelly is a rock star. The world of family litigation is one of disappointment. Be Reasonable, Be Responsible, and save yourself a boatload of Money by hiring Kelly. Litigation is very expensive, I spent 45k before I met Kelly, Taking on a new case requires review, and time. Kelly has always been fair with his billing, and seeks a clients authorization every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable, advised me of litigation pitfalls and was looking out for my families best interest through the entire process. Kelly also did a diligent job reviewing the history of the case and advocated for my families best interest, securing significant additional support as required. I highly recommend Kelly and urge anyone in a highly contentious litigation to meet with him. While I cant speak for others experience, my own was top notch.
