I contacted Hashim after the death of my mother in order to make changes to my will. This was on the recommendation of my financial advisor. It was a difficult time and he was professional, courteous and supportive. I thank him for his assistance. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the rest of the office staff. Upon entering the office I was not greeted as a new client rather I felt interrogated like an interloper. As I sat waiting for Hashim I was forced to listen to a loud group discussion about Facebook posts and other non-work related issues. Responses to my questions were given grudgingly and in a discourteous manner. The impression I got was of a very unprofessional group of women. Incompetent as well: he claims it will take him days to review the document I brought and I'd have to come back a second time when in fact I was only asking him to legalize my SIGNATURE on it, not what is in the document. And I had booked an appointment and waited for days. A disgrace. The other lawyer I went to did the job in 15 minutes.
