I hired Bob to incorporate my business, Cold Comfort, and to complete the purchase of my first home. He was professional and performed the tasks adequately. Then I went to him to assist with putting together a bonus/profit sharing program for my company, so that i could further reward my wonderful staff for their efforts in keeping my company great, and well, I am very disappointed. We met back in the winter, he said he would have something to me in "a couple weeks" so I could present it to my team in February and get started. Months later, still hadn't heard from him so I called and emailed a couple of times, no response. It became clear that I was at the bottom of his priority list. Still to this day I have nothing to present to my staff, which reflects poorly on me as an employer, since I told them it was in motion back in January and a lawyer would have it ready for February. Finally I have run out of patience and I am moving on to a lawyer who is a better fit for me. Bob seems to prefer the kind of project where out of the blue he tells you you are required to sign this form, so you sign it, and then he charges you $250 for it.
