Amazing team here. Got my work permit and PR done with zero problems or hiccups. Sarah Sohn was assigned to my case and she was the absolute best. Always prompt on emailing back for all the questions I had (there were a lot) and gave great advice and fixes to my application. I thought about trying to do the whole process myself, but I would have screwed up so many parts of the application and it would have been a nightmare.
