It is an accessible office and the service provided was as expected with service fee similar to that of other offices in the area. Unfortunately, I was told that my documents were mailed out when they called me after the closing (late March) and should received them in several weeks. I didn't find out until today (end of May) that they weren't mailed until 'few days ago'. I was able to find this out only because I called into enquire about it.

And found they missed key information like home buyers credit etc. that would have cost us more money. Didn't feel like they had our best interests in line, just getting us to sign forms.
