I contacted this office on on Monday to handle my purchase, gave them all of my information, was told that the lawyer will call me back. I waited all week, and the next Monday urgently called them back to see what is the delay. The clerk answered casually with no introduction, I had to ask if this was the office. Answered "Yep." I said I was waiting for a call back, gave my name, she starts asking me the questions from before. I tell her I gave that information already, she says Oh yes here is your file. The lawyer is on vacation until another week from now." Absolutely no contact, anxiously waiting for a reply. Reception needs to keep on top of their files and send emails or voicemails regarding delays. Very angry. I was communicating this firm to the seller but explaining I am delayed. Now I have to explain to the seller that I have to spend another week setting up a firm. Very unprofessional.

She’s amazing and soo helpful. She knows what’s she’s doing. She did know all the questions I have asked her with COVID-19 and how the application works. I got my WP within 2 weeks because she DID KNOW HER JOB. Highly recommended her.
