I am the co-owner of Northwest Paralegals in Thunder Bay and will be contacting Mr. Moe Elkhatib to discuss his concerns. I can indicate now that several of his statements are incorrect and quite misleading but I will contact him as I have just been made aware of this matter today, being April 12, 2019. Each client for my firm, Sunset Country Paralegal, my Partner's firm in Brampton, Traffic Ticket Links, and Northwest Paralegals are handled by licenced and qualified Legal Service Providers in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. I encourage anyone who may have any issue with us to contact myself, Sunny or Christine directly and we will do our utmost to deal with your concern. Sunny and I have been doing this for a very long time and unfortunately, we often have to tell people things they don't necessarily want to hear. We are Paralegals, not magicians and things don't just magically disappear, especially serious matters such as Stunt Driving. Convictions for Stunt Driving, pursuant to Section 172 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario, result in fines from $2000-$10,000 plus costs, a possible custodial sentence of up to 6 months or both, and a possible licence suspension for up to 2 years on a first conviction. I'm fairly new to this "review" thing where anyone can say anything about a business and it be accepted as gospel. What is a fact is this, I will try to reach you and resolve your question, and second, what is posted is inaccurate and misleading at best.
