He will drag cases out to obtain fees, never replies in the required time about cases. He will ignore any dead line requested for replies and has his clients sign altered or even false documents. To top it all off he was reprimanded by the law society for professional misconduct just last year. Below is the information found in the Law Society site and a couple more bad review. 4/27/19 October 5, 2018 The Law Society alleged that Steven Louis Nagy, 1993, of Fonthill, committed professional misconduct. The panel determined that the following allegations were established: • Despite s. 49.3(2) of the Law Society Act and rule 7.1-1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Respondent failed to promptly and completely respond to requests from the Law Society set out in correspondence dated May 1, May 28, and June 29, 2018 and a telephone call on June 26, 2018. The panel orders: 1. The respondent shall be reprimanded. 2. The respondent shall pay costs to the Law Society in the amount of $1,785 on or before October 7, 2019. Commencing the day following the deadline for payment, interest shall accrue on any unpaid portion of costs at a rate of 3% per year. 3/14/18 Horrible lawyer and assistant, lazy, liars, unethical, no work done in this office and no communication with clients 6/19/17 they overcharge their clients, super unprofessional and they lie. would not reccomend January 22, 2021 it has been one year since i have tried to originally contact Mr. Nagy. He has not responded to anything i sent. Great job Steve, i give up and would rather take my own life than deal with you.. you and your client have won...good byeng by his Maybe I'll stop by his house, bet he'll answer me there.

Have used Steve and his staff for multiple issues, and advice. I would highly recommend them. My mortgage deal was time sensitive and they turned it around in days. I understand that not every deal works that quickly, but when needed they really pulled through. His law clerk Leanna is an amazing person. Very prompt and organized

Nice people to deal with if you need a lawyer for a morgage or will. I had them look into another property matter and felt it was rather urgent after 3 months later still haven`t heard from anyone I called and was told to contact Steven I called and sent an email a week and a half went by and still nothing. I called and picked up our wills and all paper work relating to that property. Looking for another lawyer.

I know he didn't get his law degree by intelligence,. had to have paid for it. Extremely lazy,.doesn't follow up on ANYTHING! He has the client do the legwork, holds out until they get frustrated and seek REAL lawyer,. He sits back with your $$$ in his pocket for doing NOTHING but a consultation of telling you what he thinks you want to hear,. no intention of doing a thing,. Needs to lose his license to practice LAW!!

Staff is nice, I gave paperwork 3 weeks ago and heard nothing from the lawyer, called his sectrary many times and never receiced a call back, it’s sad when we need help and they are not willing to give it, very dissapointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received... I have been trying to get in touch with Mr. Nagy since January 20th & have not received one phone call or email back regarding my case. I have left many messages with the secretary to pass on & sent a couple emails with my personal documents, as requested by Mr. Nagy on our first contact at the beginning of January, all with no response. I am now running out of time with my current issue & have had to move on to another law office to help me. This new office responded to me the following day after inquiring through their website & booked a phone meeting for the following week.
