No more relying messages through an assistant then having to wait for an answer back. This Team is down to earth, they have patience, are understanding and I know it sounds funny but they are honest! On the morning of the very first day I spoke with Jordan on the phone to discuss my issue he looked into it that very same day and before the end of the day he was able to provide me with the reassurance I was looking for and also suggested a final step that he would take on my behave to make my intentions clear to another lawyer with no extra cost to me.
