My husband and I came here today to have a document notarized. We have never used this firm before. After spending about 10 minutes with the lawyer, we left and stopped at the receptionist to pay the bill. She waved us on saying it was free! We have had many documents notarized in the past(at other firms) and have paid in excess of $150. This service was exceptional and they have earned more of our business.

I needed a document to be notarized for my education admission purposes and they did for free ... twice. They were very professional looking, I only had to wait a couple of minutes given that I arrived early and their office was in really good shape plus good location.

They didn't ever get back to me, despite calling and leaving a message with the receptionist 3 times in 2 months. When I finally got ahold of someone, they e-mailed me back saying they weren't going to help me, so I e-mailed back and asked why, but a month later I still haven't received a response. After that I called another firm, they got back to me within 24 hours, and I was booked to speak with someone in person 4 days later. Don't waste your time with this firm, they don't care about their customers.

Had a very bad experience with Joel Wonnacott. I found him to lack integrity, experience, and court presence. I would highly advise anyone seeking legal representation to look elsewhere. There are far better lawyers on the island at the same hourly rate. Were there an option for a zero star review, I would have opted to post that in place of this one star review.
