Let me preface my comments with saying that I worked in a law office as a paralegal for 13 years some years ago. We have wills and a P of A which I prepared a number of years ago. Knowing the importance of keeping these docs up to date we took these documents to Stephanie Pepper for review and updating. We spent 10 minutes with her and were told few changes were needed and we would hear back in the coming weeks. Several Months went by without word from the office. Finally an email arrived with the new wills which contained errors and verbiage I had never seen before that would require discussion. I did not call as I was a bit annoyed about this and the long, long wait. No one called us back to follow up and sign the wills. This represents poor, poor service. No effort to follow up is simply bad business and shows Disrespect for clients and their needs.

I would recommend Nesbitt Coulter to everyone. I had a very complicated situation buying my new house and selling the old one and going into it, I had no idea about the situation I had put myself in. Derek and Kim not only helped guide me through the process, which again, I was very much lost in, but went above and beyond to ensure everything went through. Without them, I don’t think the deal would of closed. The process took months and there were complications from both ends of the deal from the beginning to literally the day of closing. They patiently helped me through every obstacle, while being professional and supportive. I’m very impressed and grateful for their services.
