This firm came highly recommend. Once we consulted with them, we were assigned Trevor Sexton and were told we were in good hands etc...It appeared he was very understanding and prepared. However, our first hearing in court was awful. He was late, unprepared and did not say a word to the judge regarding anything with our case. He appeared fearful of the judge and other attorney present. Our case has been unresolved for almost a year. Not only that, there is NO communication from him despite our continued efforts for contact with him. We have received no answers, no direction etc... What should have been a simple case has not dragged on for too long with no support, no answers and no communication.

I finally got my work completed at the end of September for something that I started in May. I was told it was "a pretty straight forward case" that would be done in a month. I was treated like an after thought the entire time! By my attorney lying about filing motions (i called the court myself to verify if he was doing what he claims he was) to calling last minute regarding my court dates! Then when we were before the referee I asked my attorney to state for the record my reasons for filing the motion, at which time he seemed really annoyed that I asked him to do what I was paying him for!!! I wiped out my savings account to hire him, and in the end I regret it entirely. If you're looking for someone to treat you with respect and in a professional manner this is not the place!!!! When I talked to the office assistant about my concerns, she told me "Mr. Sexton has very bad time management skills and I'm sorry you fell through the cracks because of this" but nothing was done to make up for it.

We have been working with Trevor Sexton for a divorce and it has been a very long drawn out process that has NOT went smoothly. There is no communication, no return phone calls or emails, no notification of upcoming court dates. Due to no notification of court dates from him I had to miss court. He claimed that he filed motions but after looking into things he did NOT file the motions. Going on 5 months after my divorce was final and still working on things that should have been handled 5 months ago!
