Rooms were nicer than expected. Beds were more comfortable then typical for a hotel in this category. Service was great. Liked that they didn’t close breakfast right at the specified closing time. They actually continued to bring out food for some of the late arrivals.

We stayed at the Hotel as we were skiing at Mont Ste. Anne. Room was clean and bigger than we expected. We could by discounted lift tickets at the hotel which was a bonus. Overall the experience was great.

Good and friendly staff! Location is ideal to go to the ski hills and take in the surrounding sites. Quebec City is less than half hour away and Valcartier Village is less than an hour with bad weather. Enjoy your stay!

Had to change room because I found a bug on the bed, the same type of bugs on the heater and there was a spider web hanging off of the ceiling. Not to impressed considering the fact that the room I was changed to afterwards had dead mosquitos in one corner and had some tape on the ceiling. Also found some dust and tiny hairs in the new room.

My wife and I have stayed here for the last fourteen years! It has always been a warm and inviting getaway! We will certainly be back next year!

Suite looks little old, some areas have been renovated. But for the price you pay i think it is definitely worth it. Very pleasant experience.
