We went to Zach Remen to prepare a will for my mother. He was very unprofessional and basically bullied her almost sending her to the hospital after meeting with him he got her so upset. He would not make the will the way she asked him and it was a simple will. He just told her nope he wasn’t doing it that way. I had my husband call him also to simply explain the one thing she wanted in her will. He wouldn’t listen and hung up on him. Very very unprofessional. It should be up to the person making the will what they want in it. Not for the lawyer to decide what they want to put in it. Would not recommend his services to anyone.

I repeatedly had questions ignored, I would give info then later be asked for the info. Basically feels like I paid for fancy e-mails. They were absolutely NO help AT ALL. Only recommend if you feel like you have too much money and are looking for a way to burn it without a fire
