Monty is a great guy and an experienced lawyer. He's had a lot of exposure to a lot of aspects of Canadian law, and he's consequently able to give great advice. Monty is also the sort of person who is easy to sit and talk with, and that helps immensely. Their office doesn't look like it's had much profits re-invested into modernization or decor, but I suppose that's how he keeps his rates so reasonable.
