Terrible. Very hard to reach anyone. You call at the time they ask and they don't answer. Dont return emails or calls for days. You advise them they can reach you at certain times they don't call during those times rather opposite times so they just need to leave a voicemail. Called to ask advise if i need a lawyer in a certain situation and they told me they don't have time to talk they will be going on holidays soon and just to call someone in London. They don't have anyone to refer me to but just google someone in London. Very unprofessional.
