let me begin by saying a huge thank you to Maissar. Her customer service was fantastic, every time I called she picked up or texted me back within minutes. This is the second time I received my mother visa extension with her help and experience.she made it hassle-free for us and more importantly her fees are not given a burden on pocket. For anyone in need of a trusted service I highly recommend her, and will not be using any other company in the future. I have used Canadian visa stations services to get permanent resided status. It took approximately 11 months to receive the status card. Once I found out about the process it was very overwhelming and I cannot imagine doing it without Miassar. She made the whole process of collecting so many documents so simple! Every week or few days she would check up on how I am doing with collecting those. Whenever I had questions, she would reply to my messages or call within minutes!
