We closed last year with Mr. Cox, the purchase of one of our rental properties. Great and prompt service, always willing to go the extra mile. Very detailed and goal oriented real estate lawyer. Conveniently located in the same building as Royal LePage so one stop shopping for real estate deals there. We liked so much that we just continued to do business with the Cox Law office, we are just closing on a second property.
