Marina Minukhin was the most professional legal counsel I have ever dealt with. She worked very hard to help me with my Temporary Resident Permit application so I could enter Canada. Great legal team. They helped me with all my Canadian immigration needs. This was the only office where attorneys actually answer the phone instead of secretaries. They gave me a very competitive price for my TRP (temporary travel permit) to Canada, even during COVID-19. Now I can sleep well knowing I’m in good hands. I was charged in the U.S. with a DUI about three and a half years ago. In March of 2019 I planned a cruise to Alaska where the embarkation was in Vancouver, Canada. I had heard stories that one could not enter Canada with a previous DUI, so I contacted KLM Immigration Law to find out if that was indeed a fact. The first person I spoke with over the phone was a very friendly, professional attorney Marina Minukhin who reassured me that the firm would take care of my needs and concerns regarding our family cruise to Alaska. The $1,650 up front was a bit of a shock, as well as the background paperwork which I needed to provide. But after providing KLM with all the documents, they did all the rest. Several phone calls and emails were required along the way, but the response from Marina was always professional and reassuring. The whole process of obtaining the temporary residence permit took several months, so I am glad I started the process early on. I strongly recommend KLM Immigration Law for anyone in my situation.
