No return calls, I do not recommend this mediation center, in no way professional or responsible. Almost impossible to speak to a responsible person to formulate our requests and to have a follow-up. Don't pay the bill until you have all your documents. (Original) Aucun suivi, plusieurs appels et courriels pour obtenir le résumé de nos rencontres de médiations familiales, deux mois plus tard, malgré le message de leur boîte vocale qu’ils vont nous rappeler dans les 24 hrs !!! Aucun retour d’appels, je ne recommande pas ce centre de médiation, aucunement professionnel ni responsable. Pratiquement impossible de parler a une personne responsable pour formuler nos demandes et avoir un suivi. Ne payer pas la facture avant d’avoir tout vos documents.
