Si votre cas est urgent, évitez de faire affaire avec eux. Après avoir fait une simple recherche j'ai trouvé comment je pouvais faire avancer le processus moi même en payant des frais de 77$. Chose que l'avocate n'a pas pu faire en 3 mois, j'ai finalement pu le faire moi même en 2 heures. Me faire dire que mon cas n'est pas une priorité parce qu'elle traite 400 cas par année, c'est non seulement une insulte, mais ça démontre à quel point chaque client qui fait affaire avec l'aide juridique est pris dans un système judiciaire encombré et inefficace. En quittant je me suis fait remettre une liste d'avocats prenant des mendats d'aide juridique, je suis donc de retour à la case zero après trois mois de délais inutiles qui aurait pu être évités si mon cas avait été traité judicieusement plutôt qu'avec négligence. L'avocate avec qui j'ai fait affaire ne m'a jamais fait sentir respecté ni écouté, mais plutôt comme une nuisance pour qui elle n'avait pas la patience.
