I wish i could give a better rating than 5 stars. I first found Josh on a youtube video giving free advise so I decided to email him about a tenant issue. Thank God I did, it was the best decision I ever made (turns out I made a mistake on my LTB filing which could have thrown my case out and would've started everything over). Get your peace of mind and hire Josh, it's worth every penny. He is currently helping me on settling with the tenant. Knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent. I can't recommend him enough, when this is over he will probably end up saving me thousands. Thank you!

-total lack of professionalism from Jeremie Nadeau -does not respond to emails or phone calls. still waiting for a response from three weeks ago -our file was left open up at the front door with no one there anyone could have taken it or read it -tells you that it will be three weeks on May 4, but here we are Aug 21 still waiting -save your money, get a lawyer that is willing to take your calls , answer your questions professionally and who seems to want to work for you -would never recommend this law firm

The worst firm I have ever encountered bar none!!! Completely unorganized. Lack of experience and will take your money ???? ???? and do nothing. I am appalled with the treatment I have seen against other clients besides myself. While sitting in the board room for over 2 hours when I overhead Alexander the secretary handle phone calls and laughed about how he was requesting more money from a client of Josh and that they were going to fire ???? them for lack of professional conduct. He said well she just lost $2000 Wow so cold and callous behavior for a law firm. I felt so sorry for the lady . And I overhead probably more than 5 un happy clients in his 7 calls during the uncomfortable waiting period. I realized that I was probably in for trouble and subsequently got Robbed for $5500 and I am filling out the complaint forms to UPPER CANADA LAW SOCIETY and now will need to sue YOUR LEGAL SERVICES due to incompetence and negligent and moreover misconduct misrepresentation....beware of this firm and its lawyers and law clerks Dwayne Kinkead Josh Jeremie Nadeau and Lucine Tchakerian Alexander. And now its been over 3 months and I have yet to receive any funds and a $ 500 holdback to pay final water bill was never attended to by the Your Legal Services office and I now have bad credit due to late payment for my account that the $500 holdback and the $5000 charged just to close a home is preposterous and beware of this type of behavior lack of professional conduct...I am appalled with the unbecoming behavior
