I would give 6 stars if I could; Terri is of course knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. However I personally I feel her expressed thoughtfulness and compassion with her clients, and the sensitive information they are sharing, really puts her and her services above all others. We had held off getting a will done for several years due to the time and money we thought it would take. On a recommendation from our financial advisor, we booked an appointment with Terri of Willpower Wills. Much to our delight, she had evening and weekend appointment times available so we didn't need to book time off work. Terri is very friendly and works out of her home so the ambiance is very welcoming. She guided us through the process within an hour long appointment by asking questions, discussing specific points and making notes. Within several weeks, we had drafts of our wills, powers of attorney and personal directives emailed to us. The few revisions we had to make were made over the phone. Once we were satisfied with the revised drafts, a signing appointment was booked. Again, evening and weekend appointments were available. The signing appointment took no more than 15 minutes. Terri made it such an easy process and did it for a very reasonable cost. We can rest easy knowing our wishes are officially recorded now. Thanks Terri!

My husband and I both have basic wills provided for us through work. However, once we started our family we knew it was time to get a more detailed Will and Power of Attorney written up....but neither of us knew exactly what we needed or where to start. That's where Terri came in! Terri took the time (on a Sunday afternoon no less) to answer all our questions and help us complete all the necessary paperwork to protect our family and our futures. Meeting Terri in her home was so relaxing and comforting. She even had toys available for our 10 month old to play with and a safe space for her to crawl around as we spoke. That never would have been possible in a conventional law office! Once we had our initial meeting, Terri took the time to prepare a complete draft of all our documents and then emailed them for review and edits prior to our quick 20 minute follow up meeting to sign the documents and make it all legal! She was always available to answer questions throughout the process and had great advice on how to handle some of the trickier items unique to us. I would highly recommend Terri to anyone needing a new or updated Will! I only wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

I had been putting off a will for quite some time (okay, years). I even once contacted a lawyer who had, literally, a 27 page or so questionnaire and wanted a fee upwards of $1000, it all seemed daunting, overwhelming and quite frankly, scary to me. And then along came Terri, there really are few gems in the world who have her genuine ability to put you at ease. No question or request was "dumb" or "unheard of" (apparently we all have uniqueness upon our requests). Her patience and genuine care is second to none.
