My husband was charged with sexual assault and while sitting in jail he saw a post on the wall with Dave's name, he phoned it and Dave answers and told Ron not to say anything, that was in November 2015 for several months Dave worked hard to fight the allegations made against my husband and always stayed in touch with us when anything new came up, and his hard work won our case and he never gave up, on June 13th 2016 Dave called to tell us that the charges against my husband for sexual assault had been dropped and the crown would not be pursuing in court, needless to say we were both very emotional and so graetful to have such a good lawyer, Dave's fees were very fair and worth every penny, if we were to need a lawyer again he would definitely be the one we would call

Dave is a good man. He has a passion for his work and that is the most important aspect you could find in a lawyer. Someone who will stand for what is right! It seems today there are many people who use the system against those they want to get revenge on. The odds were against me. I was faced with two people who lied, perjured and deceived the court, and a vengeful officer. and with his help, justice prevailed. However, Charter Right violations were not addressed, which would have helped my civil case against the police, and communication after trial regarding civil action has not been established, though his testimony would have helped the civil case, which was a little frustrating. Not going too lie Dave didn't win me over the first mtg. I had with as he thinks before he talks and I don't have that talent and had zero patience then. He quickly won me over with a phone call while I was incarcerated by simply reassuring me things would be ok. Dave approached the crown with a deal and they dropped 60% of my charges. They were not insignificant charges by any means. I joke a bit but Daves ability to be human and compassionate while being sharp and armed with knowledge in the court room proved to priceless ally.
