My experience with Brad leebody lawyer was interesting I truly wasn't sure what a defence lawyer was and what they did? I don't usually write reviews but I just had too this time, the service and legal expertise you get for the price is uncomapreable. I was charged awhile ago with 2 offenses and brad got both charges withdrawn quickly and was very reassuring through out the whole process that everything would work out well! He always kept in contact and kept me updated on the situation! I'm 15 years old and was charged with an indictable offence around 6 months ago. Brad was very precise, and thorough in explaining the offense and what exactly was going to happen which hadn't been previously explained before by the police. I believe the crown was set on a conviction for me since day one. Brad continued discussion with the crown until the day of trail when Brad persuaded the crown into a peace bond without me having to stand before a judge. I walked out of the courthouse with a what is essientially a no contact agreement for a year and a withdrawel of my charge. I would seriously recommend Brad to anyone who needs a criminal/youth lawyer.

If you are facing criminal charges I would definitely recommend Mr. Leebody. He is very knowledgeable, and very quick, which is a sign of his experience. He is very professional and works the courtroom well. Mr. Leebody expects you be truthful with him - which is something I would expect as well. His cost seemed high at first, but after thinking about it I realized I didn't need a second rate lawyer - I needed the best. Mr. Leebody is one of the best! And worth every penny. The proof exists in the fact that I went to court, told the truth, and am sitting and writing this now - as a free person. I believe a lawyer of lesser experience may not have represented me to the same degree which possibly could have had a dire result. I reject negative comments made from others. Brad Leebody is definitely the best lawyer in Edmonton, especially in the field of criminal law. I visited his law firm in early 2016 with both assault and mischief charges. Brad was quite patient in licensing to my story and suggested the options I had to resolve the matter. Brad had left a very professional impression to me and I felt confident that I would go through this trough with his help. I signed retainer agreement in our first meeting. On one hand, we were preparing my trial on its way, on the other hand Brad had been contacting the Crown prosecutor to advice a peace bond solution. Eventually, with Brad`s continuous help, the Crown prosecutor had decided to withdraw the charges and proceeded with the peace bond solution that had been advised by Brad. Brad had collected pertinent information from my side and transmitted the info to the Crown prosecutor using the language of law to defend his client. I was quite satisfied with the disposition of this case. The service I received was perfect, fee charges were quite reasonable. Overall, he deserves a 5 out of 5 stars rating.

Brad Leebody was the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with or heard of anybody else dealing with. I used him for a DUI charge and all he did was take my money. There were two hearings; he was late for the first and simply didn't show up for the second. I paid him thousands to plea guilty. Now that I'm eligible to get my license back there are problems with the court records and he is completely unwilling to help. Save yourself an enormous headache and use a different lawyer.
