Worst law firm ever! They couldn’t even handle a simple real estate transaction and delayed the payout for more then a week and sat on my funds. Kanwal Pandher is highly unprofessional and not sure if he even know his stuff. Save yourself a grief and hire someone professional and don’t be fooled by their low cost strategy!

I would agree with other reviewers. I called today to ask about the cost of a basic divorce and the information that I was received was very minimal. I had to keep asking questions and the person didn't seem to have the best customer service skills. Agree with T. Clifford - the first point of contact at any service needs to be pleasant and I hope the lawyers read these reviews so they can get the right person first point of contact.

Poor customer experience! Called to inquire about citizenship services. Lady answered her phone with very rude tone, and when inquired about the fees, she said $3k to$4k. Basic customer experience principles were NOT applied. If this is the entry point in getting service from Mr Uppal wonder what the actual experience would have been. This was all over the phone and I work in the industry of customer services and this have been my worst experience. No etiquettes what so ever!

One of the worst and unprofessional person who answers the phone calls at this firm. Rude,impatient,annoying,impolite are the words to describe the person who answered my phone call!!!!! seemed like she was not interested in what I was saying and kept rushing throughout the conversation. Worked out fine for me that I got impression of this firm from the first phone call I made here and helped me not to give them my business and take it somewhere else!!!!
