He was always prompt at getting back to me and always addressed every question I posed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help in a family law case.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Absolutely horrible people who promise you so much but as soon as they get their money they don’t do the work or extend it so much just to earn more. Do more harm than good. Not knowledgeable at all. Have had to send over the same files multiple times because they claimed they didn’t have it just to earn more. Have had to explain the same situation multiple times as well knowing damn well what it was yet still messing up every single time. Have had little to no good results over a very long period of time. It’s sad what they do to people who hire them for help yet are dragged down by their own lawyer. Ridiculous! Stay away from these people

I had an unpleasant experience communicating with a lawyer from Nychuk and Co. Their communications were inconsistent and unpredictable. I hired a different firm after being ghosted by this lawyer, who did not give any reason for abruptly dropping me as a potential client.

David Flett and I discussed child support and prenumptional. He said he would not charge for the advice he gave me for the child support suggestions. We meet for approximately an hour and he said he would send a copy for the prenumptional in about a week. I didn't don't receive this file at all so thought the document was not coming so I just forgot about the whole thing all together. I didn't not put a retainer down as I wasn't ask as I left. I thought I would pay after I reviewed a copy of the prenumptional. Now they sent my file to collections because of a miss understanding. I was charged for the child support advice when he told me he would not charge for this advice.

They promise the world before you pay them. Then once paid in full, they do not deliver, sell you down the river. make deals that dont benefit you but make it so they have less work to do. Just terrible law firm. What they do to people when they are at their most weak and vulnerable is more criminal then anyone they defend. Hire a public defender instead.

When you book an appointment with a law firm you are obviously trusting that they are sufficient in dealing with your issue. Upon arriving to my scheduled appointment time (which I had taken off work for) on a matter that needed to be handled promptly, I was informed that my phone number had not been taken down at the time of booking my appointment and unfortunately they did not have a lawyer in the office that could see me. I feel this could have been handled in multiple other appropriate ways rather than losing my business. I understand that a Friday afternoon is not the most favorable day to stay late, but somebody should have been there to accommodate me.

I had a very very bad experience one of Nychuk lawyer Kevin Miller, he charge me too much money but did not do any thing for me even he did not understand my case, every time when I have meeting with him I start again to explain him my case. He filed my notice of objection on last date and last two hours on Sunday lol... what a amazing lawyer, trust me he was not a lawyer but cry. I ended up to withdraw my case with CRA.
