My experience dealing with Kelsey Lavery at Warren Sinclair was everything but successful. She was excellent with her sales pitch and talked a lot of big ideas, but the execution of her deliverables was devastating to my legal case. After being charged over $2500 for absolutely ZERO progress in my legal case I decided to get a free second opinion. and after reviewing all her work, nearly every single actionable piece advice I was given severely, and negatively impacted the success of my case. I was nickel and dimed for couple minute phone calls and few sentence long emails, and each bill I received I noticed that the quotes that were discussed up front were overinflated by 50-80%. I would never recommend dealing with a law firm that allows this degree of subpar work and for clients to be being taken advantage of. I would also seriously question Kelsey’s ability to represent any aspect of the law accurately.
