If you are buying or selling a home, email or call Jennifer, it will make life simple. I called two other agencies before JD Law, they both were similar, let me transfer you to this department, then speak to a real estate supervisor and they will call you back with the requested information. That’s not how Jennifer roles, she is easy to communicate with and answers all questions directly. She knows the legal rules and requirements for selling and buy properties and will quickly give your options, it was that easy. The process was so ridiculously easy. She did everything, drafted a bill of sale, paid off my existing mortgage, cancelled my condo fees and property taxes and deposited the remaining equity directly into my bank account. That type of service is second to none. The price she charged me was also lower than the two other local law firms I was speaking to, I’m just overall extremely pleased with the service and respect I was given. If you have any concerns about real estate or anything legal, you should really call her, she is a brilliant person who has gone to school for a million years and knows her stuff.
