I left a toxic relationship and tried to file on my own but got lost in the legal process and paperwork, I contacted TLC who took care of everything, wich was a relief of great emotional magnitude. They took care of 1. Serving him with divorce papers (no easy feat as it took me nearly 3 months to serve him on my own) 2. Providing me with a realistic timeline as to how long my paperwork would take to get through court 3. Took my case on with professionalism and a lack of judgment (that eased my mind a lot as I was scared to ask for help) 4. Contacted me through telephone call as well as email (clear communication and I was able to reply to emails and listen to voicemails after I got off work and respond) 5. Notified me when every new milestone was reached in my case, when the served him, when my papers were processed by the courts, when a judge saw my papers and signed off on them (providing peace of mind that progress was happening and giving me small days to celebrate) 6. Kept my information confidential in dealing with the ex, he does not know my new address.
