Then she went above and beyond and actually met with my clients days in advance and on a Sunday in order to accommodate their odd-ball work schedules. Thanks Linda!

Don’t bother calling here if you need anything urgent...or done within a week. I was told I can’t make an appointment to have her witness my signature as she’s too busy.

She said she could notarize a document for me and I told her that I was from Alberta and was declined immediately, I asked why the sudden change, and her secretary responded by saying that Linda does not have time for this, upon getting this response I furthered my questions and was told she does not do mortgage documents and furthermore she is fully booked. Really very disappointed in LINDA M AVIS CORPORATION. Will not recommend this notary services to anyone.
